Everyone. My wife and I were traveling from IL to AK. Our dealer had adjusted our slide a few months back and on this trip it was not operating properly. I contacted Wehr and spoke with Josh, the service mgr. We were going to be in the area the next morning so we stopped by at the time Josh requested. Both Josh and the service tech, Robert, were excellent and pleasant to work with. They understood the problem and did not hesitate to make things right.
While we waited we walked around the show room area and anyone we came in contact with was friendly, pleasant and willing to assist if necessary.
